Every photo that appeares in this exclusive service (decorated plants, dry flowers, dry flowers compositions, candles etc. FRESH FLOWERS EXCEPTED) will be exactly what we are going to purchase and what will be delivered.
An example: There is a photo of plant as you like anf you'd like send it; now, it's enough complete the order (registering data) and, after you've made payment, you'll receive a confirm-mail about the order receipt.
At this point we'll organize the delivery to everywhere.

WHAT DOES VIP SERVICE MEAN?
VIP SERVICE means the possibility of send directly floreal gift (decorated plants, dry flowers, candles. FRESH FLOWERS EXCEPTED) to addressee everywhere in Italy.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND, DOES THE CREATION I SEE IN THE PHOTO ARRIVE? NOT OTHER?
Yes! This service is reserved to customers want a service to the utmost.
The photo showes immediate availability, so the chosen article will be immediately strike off from the catalogue.
WHEN CAN I ORDER? WHEN IS THE ARTICLE DELIVERED?
The order can be done from Monday to Thursday not later than 3.00 pm. If order is on time, delivery will be not later than the next day.
Example:
Order on Monday, delivery on Tuesday
Order on Tuesaday, delivery on Wednesday
Order on Wednesday, delivery on Thursday
Order on Thursday, delivery on friday.
Order on Fiday/Saturday/Sunday , delivery stars on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday.
Public holidays are considered as weekend.
Service's guaranteed by 24 hours, with the exception of these regions: PUGLIA, CALABRIA, SICILIA, SARDEGNA AND MINOR ISLANDS, where the delivery time could be about 48 hours.ù
WHO ASSURES THE SERVICE?
FIORIATE management is available by telephone/fax/e-mail to provide with information and to supervise the working phases of product.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
After registration it's enough to choose a product and immediately you can see the price of VIP SERVICE, determinated in particular by product measurements.
WHO CARRIES OUT DELIVERY?
Delivery is carried out by national carriers, having experience of home delivery.
IF THE ADDRESSEE IS NOT AT HOME?
No problem! Deliveryman will leave a delivery note. Addressee should call to carrier to organize a second delivery.
FOR MISTAKES IN DATA COMMUNICATION?
In this case we are not responsible for delay.
WHAT DATA ARE REQUESTED?
Indispensable data are sender and addressee data with telephone number (compulsory). Advices about the greetings card are accepted too.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Payment can be made through credit card only. Other mode of payment will be accepted each time, with previous authorization.
I HAVE NOT A CREDIT CARD. CAN I PAY WITH BANKING TRANSFER OR POSTAL ORDER?
Every mode of payment, credit card excepted, will be accepted each time, previous telephone contact. Order will be sent after payment. During days between payment carrying-out and money receipt, the order will be left undecided.
I MADE PAYMENT, BUT NOW I CHANGE MY MIND. CAN I COUNTERMAND THE ORDER?
If goods are already sent, it's impossible cancel the booking.
If goods are still in our seat, with previous phonecall, you could cancel the order and be refunded.
A percentage will be retained for not-delivery.
DOES VIP SERVICE INCLUDE ALSO DELIVERY OUT OF NATIONAL TERRITORY?
No, at the moment it's available for delivery in Italy only.
